Semi Guided Hunting Agreement
You are scheduled to hunt on . The total of your hunt is .
You must pay a deposit to hold your hunting spot. The remaining balance is due 60 days before
your hunt. The deposit is only refundable if notified by March 1st minus a 10% cancellation fee.
If notified after March 1st deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and you agree to pay the unpaid
balance. It is understood and agreed that Rodhouse Rut-N-Strut, Inc has reserved and removed
this hunting spot from the marketplace with this reservation and failure to appear and use the
hunt will cause a significant loss to the Rodhouse Rut-N-Strut, Inc business. Therefore the
balance is due and owing regardless of whether the hunter appears and uses the hunt or not,
and it is understood that Rodhouse Rut-N-Strut, Inc will pursue the entire unpaid balance. In
addition to the unpaid balance, the Hunter agrees to reimburse Rodhouse Rut-N-Strut, Inc for
any and all attorney fees and courts costs, and all other expenses incurred for collection of this
debt. It is the Hunter's responsibility to notify us of any address or phone number changes. We
cannot get a hold of you if we do not have the correct information on file.
Rodhouse Rut-N-Strut, Inc will provide the lodging and property.

Hunt Dates and Time Line
Your hunt dates:
Check in time is from 7:00 A.M to Noon, the day before your hunt starting date. We also require you to shoot your bow prior to your hunt, so this time is
provided for bow inspection and also target practice if desired.
Orientation will be the same day you arrive. We will show you your property and property lines, food plots, deer we've been seeing. You will then be able to
hang your stands and hunt.
When you arrive please have your license and tag info ready so we can record them, after that you will have an opportunity to get to know the other hunters.
You can leave on the evening of your last hunting day or the following morning whichever you prefer.
Any questions regarding your hunt, you can contact the lodge at 217-734-2205.

• One 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed for hunting group
• Bow, Arrows, Broad heads (or firearm and ammo)
• Bow/Gun Case
• Bow Holder
• Pull Rope
• Flash Light
• Rain Gear
• Camouflage
• Hunting License/Permits
• Safety Harness
• Food and Drinks
• Small folding Saw & Pruners
• Climber and/or Lock On Stands (Stands may be rented from the lodge)
• Ladder or Screw-In-Steps
Optional Items:
• Binoculars
• Range Finder
• Scent Control Products
• Rubber Boots
• Calls
• Camera

o If deer is shot but not found you can remain buck hunting as long as it was an ethical shot. If Matt deems the shot unethical and you
draw blood then that's your buck.
• Must wear a safety belt in tree stand at all times
• Buck Management
o 135" antler gross on bucks is required before the buck can be shot o 5" grace is given
o 129" - 120" will be a $500 fee and 119" and below will be $1000 fee
o You are not allowed to cross a marked boundary line at any time. If you have a wounded deer cross a marked fence contact me.

site given, will result in your eviction from Rodhouse Rut-N-Strut without the opportunity to return. We are doing everything we can to make sure all of you
have a safe and successful hunt and that we can continue to provide you with this wonderful hunting experience. Any problems you might have please
bring them to Matt. Whether you are here on vacation or pursuing a hobby, we all have on thing in common and that's our burning desire to kill our trophy
deer. So while you are here be respectful to the hunters around you and don't forget to relax and make yourself at home.
